Abstract: Abstract Digitized marketing affords an opportunity both for personalization of products and also for bringing in financial management skills to bear on such decision making by individuals. Gradually a bank with newer business model, newer products is beginning to emerge on the horizon. Technology will play a significant role in the future marketing efforts in reaching out to customers ranging from Gen-X, Gen-Z to senior citizens.
