Abstract: Abstract The Paris Agreement, reached at the United Nations’ climate conference in Paris, France, in December 2015, is a landmark in the international climate negotiation and has been highly evaluated by all parties. It can be said that the biggest highlight of the Paris Agreement is that the global climate architecture will not be demolished.
