Abstract: Abstract This chapter considers the next industrial revolutionary cycle and its future positioning; there is a remarkable opportunity to formulate, or constitute, how this will occur, as well as the leadership necessary for the advent of such a transformational era. The avant-garde movement necessary for this era of change, and discovery, is already in motion existent across cultural, economic and social fabric of human society and its communities. Communities ever mindful of their societal and social impact on the environment of planet Earth, are also relevant to movement off-Earth towards a greater understanding and appreciation of the position humanity occupies in the Solar System, Milky Way Galaxy and beyond the bounds of these constellations towards the ever-expansive universe.
