Chapter Chapter 5 in Entrepreneurs Navigating a Universe of Disruption, 2022, pp 115-124 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract This chapter outlines how the culture of an organisation or enterprise, whether screen media–related, or across other sectors, or industries, is created with its first movement of the endeavour undertaken. Whether already existent, or yet to be, the importance of the inheritance of a culture of operation is not to be underestimated. For culture is created from the instant the founder, co-founders or other participants project their values and ethics towards what will become the personality of the enterprise, or endeavour. For this crucial purpose a consciousness of any future consideration, towards an ethical and value-led planned implementation, is of paramount importance. Especially for those involved at a conceptual and later practical level towards what will be instructional or interpreted in the market, or social environment. There is also the possibility of redefining an existent culture towards its reformation of embedded or established pathways, to reflect a revitalised personality of the enterprise, organisation or entity.
