Abstract: Abstract Cuba is one of the most unique countries in the world with many ways. It is the only country in the Western Hemisphere now which is being governed by communist principles. However, the country had to suffer from colonial influence of different global actors such as the Spaniards, Americans, and Russians over 200 years which added unique historical, social, and economic phenomena to its journey. These unique characteristics make Cuba an important country to study and compare its administrative system with other countries in the world. Therefore, this chapter examines the public administration of Cuba which includes administrative history, the legal structure, strong hierarchical structure, civil services, civil society, and recent administrative structuring. It is now bearing mostly the mixture of both Spanish and communist administrative culture.
