Abstract:
Abstract This chapter shows how the access and non-access affecting the socio-economic status of slums dwellers and beggars. Use of financial inclusion index, socio economic index, financial behaviour index, financial attitude index and financial knowledge index. Further we have used twin regression model to check statistical inferences. The findings showed that financial inclusion has a positive impact on socio economic conditions of the poor people in India. Financial inclusion is not limited to have a bank account only.
