Chapter Chapter 3 in Sustainable Development and Innovation of Digital Enterprises for Living with COVID-19, 2022, pp 35-51 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract In the race for the upper hand, associations must respond to the changes brought about by climate change by developing three basic territories. Engage the labor force in new ways by creating effective ways to lead and draw in new talent. Underlined workers’ psychological well-being and abilities are vital factors restricting the association’s long-term ability to thrive. Leaders must establish their organizations for continuous improvement and risk management. We can improve processes by taking advantage of the various advances in technology such as artificial intelligence and computerization. We must also improve the efficiency of our operations by moving more of our assets to the cloud. The new world doesn’t allow for an ideal opportunity for celebration or nostalgia. Instead, it demands an excessively high level of stakes. The stakes are too high.
