Abstract: Abstract An inquiry into CSR and regulatory paradigm attempts to answer far more pertinent questions rather than only focussing on the factors of economic value creation. An analysis of the role of state politics and corporate strategies of CSR delves deeper into the dynamics interplaying between multiple actors of governance archetype and tries to find answers of the wavering relationship between state, market, civil society and citizenry.
