Abstract:
Abstract The Arctic is the region most vulnerable to various climatic risks. Assessing these is a necessary task for taking measures to adapt to climate change. In this article, a comprehensive assessment of the climatic risks of hydrocarbon production in the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation was made. To solve this problem, a systemic and institutional approaches were used, with three main levels: assessment of climatic risks in the field of hydrocarbon production in the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation to identify the main sources of risks; study of the institutional system of hydrocarbon production in the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation; analysis of financing projects for hydrocarbon production in the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation.
