Abstract:
Abstract Formulated on the basis of the “Recommendations of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) for the 13th Five-Year Plan for Economic and Social Development of the People’s Republic of China (2016–2020)”, the 13th Five-Year Plan sets forth China’s intentions. It defines its major objectives, tasks, and economic and social development measures from an overall, fundamental, directionality, and long-term perspective: realizing innovative, coordinated, green, open, and shared development.
