Abstract: Abstract This article discusses the problems of using digital technologies, including digital platforms in relation to the activities of mass media, primarily in terms of protecting intellectual property rights to the results of intellectual activity, creating a register of intellectual property rights objects used in media activities on the basis of the blockchain system, the specifics of the activities of individual participants in Internet relations in relation to the media during digitalization, as well as the correlation of the right to information in modern conditions and the rights of authors and other copyright holders to the protected results of intellectual activity.
