Abstract: Abstract This chapter of the monograph is devoted to topical issues of countering digital crime and minimizing the consequences of criminal activity. The study is of an overview nature; the author provides their typification of digital crime in relation to digital platforms, reveals the scientific component of this concept, and provides predictive information about the prospects for the development of digital “platform” crime and measures taken by states to counter it.
