Abstract: Abstract This article discusses the main trends in the development of digital platforms and the formation of a system of their legal regulation. Special attention is paid to the definition of the main legal features of platform solutions and three main models for defining digital platforms are offered. The discussion part of the work presents various positions on the formation of the law of digital platforms and suggests specific directions for the development of international and national law in terms of protecting the rights of users of digital platforms.
