Abstract: Abstract This chapter discusses how fraudulent firms conduct internal reform during the post-scandal period. This is important to the long-term business sustainability of the troubled organisation. More importantly, a strong signal is sent to the external stakeholders through the substantial operational and ideological reform within the organisation, demonstrating a solicitous determination of change. Subsequently, the design and implementation of internal reform host a unique arrangement of key steps distilled from the corporate governance, crisis management, and corporate recovery literature. This chapter discusses the necessary internal reforms conducted by the scandalised organisation in the post-scandal period.
