Abstract:
Abstract Under the division system of the global value chain, industrial upgrade is a rising dynamic process on the global value chain and depends more on the deepening and evolution of comparative advantages. The division of the global value chain provides enterprises of developing countries with an opportunity to integrate into the world market. How to take advantage of this opportunity? In essence, this rests with the degree of coupling between their strategy of global value chain upgrading and the dynamics of their comparative advantages.
