Chapter Chapter 13 in History of Economic Ideas in 20 Talks, 2022, pp 95-100 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The previous two chapters focused on the birth of the marginal school in France, Germany, Austria, and the U.K. We now turn to its application and extension by the second generation. Geographically, unlike the first generation, the key figures in this chapter are mainly in English-speaking areas, more in the U.K. and less in the U.S. Of course, the marginal school in France, Germany, and Austria continued, but in today’s view its impact was decreasing.
