Chapter Chapter 8 in Blockchain-based New Financial Infrastructures, 2022, pp 171-181 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Technology is neutral. Compared with traditional FMIs, blockchain-based new financial market infrastructure (DLT-FMI) changes only in technological architecture and operational mechanisms, and there is no difference in compliance requirements. Digital securities traded, registered, cleared and settled on DLT-FMI must conform to relevant laws and regulations, including the Securities Law. This is the first prerequisite.
