Abstract: Abstract The People’s Republic of China was blockaded and embargoed by non-socialist Western nations after its founding. Thus, it implemented a policy of political and diplomatic “Leaning to One Side” towards the Soviet UnionSoviet union. The socialist model of the Soviet UnionSoviet union became the major reference point for China’s state construction, while Lenin’sLenin, Vladimir and Stalin’s thoughts about the socialist economic system naturally became one of the origins of China’s system.
