Abstract:
Abstract The author proposed that to implement the 'Two Mountains' Theory and the strategy of rural revitalization, it is imperative to establish mountainside economic belts and mountainside special economic zones, as the establishment of five special economic zones in Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Shantou, Xiamen, and Hainan in China 40 years ago. Sinobioway is constructing the Sinobioway Bioeconomic Demonstration Zone in Tongdao county, a poverty-stricken mountain area in Hunan Province, to develop the bioeconomic industry, which will provide the Sinobioway solution for the rural revitalization of China.
