Abstract: Abstract The world's economy is currently facing a gradual downward trend. The world is looking for new growth points after the information economy. The author believes that the development of the bioeconomy will provide new options for the development of China, the world, and the entire human society, and new direction for human peace and sustainable development. Especially, Pan’s Bioeconomy provides a scientific foundation for the socialist market economy. The socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics conforms to the characteristics of Pan's bioeconomy, and can be considered as a development pattern of Pan’s bioeconomy.
