Abstract: Abstract On 26th Feb, 2014, General Secretary Xi Jinping made remarks during his inspection of Beijing, emphasizing Beijing’s status as a national center for political, cultural activities, international exchanges and technological innovation. He set the goal of building Beijing into a harmonious and livable city of international standards and gave instructions on advancing and better managing Beijing’s development and coordinating development among Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province.
