Abstract:
Abstract This chapter discusses, with examples, several methods of innovation. These methods are concept-knowledge, technological readiness, design thinking, lean startup and its principles and blue ocean. It also discusses a proposed scale for assessing customers’ satisfaction with a product or service. As discussion cases, it presents Amazon’s blue ocean strategy and Uber’s lean startup.
