Abstract Charismacharisma is defined as the collection of personal physiognomies that make an individual be attractive to other people and exhibit a significant impact on them (Vries, European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology 8:109–133, 2020). It incorporates the aptitude to inspire and affect other individuals on an emotional level.
