Abstract: Abstract In the global economic and political discourse, international production and digital economy is becoming a key topic. And in the global economy, massive digital and technology multinationals (MNCs) also assuming a greater significance. In particular, the introduction of evolving digital technology is a powerful device development method in all sectors. All (related) trends have substantial consequences to economic systems, unemployment, inequalities, and growth or industrialization prospects. Initially, it objectively examines significant gaps among major international production and digital economy but conventional international throughout internationalization patterns; throughout particular, that trend of digital economy with so few resources to display an international footprint. Furthermore, they suggest that now the strong disruptive forces associated with digital adoption and the modern industrial revolution could change international business further, encouraging a shift between internationalization models characterized through localized production, enhanced servicification but broad disintermediation. That section concludes only with investment management ramifications as well as a set of questions regarding future study. The effect of international production and digital economy investment, and effects of changes in terms and type of international trade, increasing enhancement of global rivalry and its transfer to both the abstract sector; the introduction, by digitization, toward new systems including prospects to international companies, factors including the expanding role in digital trade with corporations, businesses, and individuals, the advent of next-generation research linked to the management of international ties in either a cross-border virtual space, increasing international production of cross-border trade including unreachable jobs as well as the reduction in cross-border as well as domestic transactions in such an international production and digital economy world, the creation of new restructuring of foreign trade has been discussed.
