Abstract:
Abstract The present study enables to understand the role of Artificial Intelligence in Industry 4.0. AI technologies such as deep learning, machine vision, and neural networks have the real impact in next generation of industrial systems. AI technologies transform number of areas related to Industry 4.0, which includes error detection, manufacturing, inventory management, optimization of various processes as well as service sector. AI is a well-known advanced computational technique which has been utilized to model, control, and optimize different techniques of technical disciplines. The transition from actual to a virtually connected world has shaped the industry since early 2020; apart the pandemic-driven digitalized society is getting better acquainted with Industry 4.0 which is based on three major pillars such as connectivity, knowledge, and intelligent sensing. The present study reviews the relevance of AI in Indian industries in present context and also focuses on the influence of AI in future towards growth of India.
