Abstract:
Abstract The 13th Five-Year Plan for Economic and Social Development of the People’s Republic of China (2016–2020) (hereinafter referred to as the “13th Five-Year Plan”), deliberated and adopted at the Fourth Session of the 12th National People’s Congress in March 2016, is a programmatic document in the decisive stage of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects. Making an overall evaluation of and learning experiences from the implementation of the 13th Five-Year Plan based on the major objectives and tasks defined therein will be of great significance for scientifically formulating medium and long-term development plans.
