Abstract: Abstract The rise of digital media has started to transform the way people consume media. From reading a newspaper to watching smart TV, there are various ways people consume media. The upward advent of digital media has started to transform the way people consume media nowadays. Due to the increasing number of people who want to access content anytime, anywhere, the industry has started to shift toward providing technology services that allow them to experience content in a convenient and sustainable way. The increasing number of people over the age of 65 is driving the demand for various forms of entertainment and education services. Also, urbanization is expected to contribute to the development of new media offerings that cater to the needs of busy workers. As more people become aware of the difference between public relation content and editorial content, marketers are now turning to new strategies to engage consumers. They are also looking for ways to provide useful information or storytelling.
