Abstract: Abstract While leaders are planning on extending their tech capabilities in the future, they are also focusing on the HR department’s role in developing the skills needed to manage their organizations’ growth. The most critical aspect of an association’s development is its ability to attract and retain talent. Despite the absence of leaders, the various factors that affect sustainable development seem to have escaped them. For digital enterprises operating in the service and shipping industries, new goals must be formulated to sustain post-pandemic growth. Due to the rise of automation and the increasing number of people who are not required to perform the work, the number of people expected to perform the task has decreased. Also, the increasing cost of supporting the board has negated the value of traditional labor force support. In this chapter, the authors will explore the various factors that affect sustainable development and how they can be incorporated into new policies for digital enterprises.
