Abstract:
Abstract Against the background of pursuing “maximized economic development” in the traditional urbanization, more people live together in a city to achieve rapid economic growth and fully lower the cost of industrial infrastructure. As a result, materials and energy are transformed into products, and wastes are discharged to the water, air and soil through simple treatment or no treatment.
