A chapter in China's Road and Aging Population, 2023, pp 173-191 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Health is an inevitable requirement for all-around development and an important symbol of the prosperity of the country and the happiness of the people. Health improvement is not only conducive to accumulating human capital and improving the efficiency of economic growth but also an important social goal to build a moderately prosperous society in all respects. Health problems often accompany the growth of age, and the increasing degree of aging in China poses a challenge to the health protection of middle-aged and elderly people.
