Abstract: Abstract This chapter introduces Ichizo Kobayashi, a leader in urbanization and manager of Hankyu Railway, who not only managed the company but also developed suburban residential areas along the railway line and developed the Yurakucho entertainment district by establishing Toho Cinemas.
