Abstract: Abstract Agricultural development in general and sustainable agricultural development in particular play an important role in promoting socio-economic development in most countries. Over the past two decades, agriculture in the Red River Delta has created thousands of jobs for local workers and neighboring provinces. This study aims to examine the affecting of investment and other factors on agricultural development in the Red River Delta. The author has collected secondary data from 11 provinces and used panel data regression model to analyze the influencing factors. Using a sample data of 121 observations was performed. The experimental results prove that the independent variables explain 70% of the variation of the dependent variable, and the rest (30%) can be explained by other reasons. Research result shows that factors such as investment capital, labor, land, and fixed assets have a positive impact on agricultural development in the Red River Delta. By identifying and considering each factor, the author will expand the scope of the study further. We propose possible solutions that can ensure the attraction and rational use of investment capital in the Red River Delta. The combination of factors offers solutions to help agriculture develop more rationally and sustainably.
