Abstract: Abstract We uphold the conviction, as Dwight Eisenhower did. Eisenhower fund is set up in order to inspire the world within the scope of the talents to challenge themselves and inspire them to think about how to achieve positive change, together with others to break through the existing social networks and cooperate with like-minded leaders in various countries and regions, so as to make the world a better place in which we live.
