Chapter Chapter 2 in Cross-Cultural Management and Quality Performance, 2015, pp 11-29 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract This chapter reviews literatures on international construction, quality and quality management concepts, and culture and conflicts as well as the relationships that exist among these concepts, which are appropriately supported with relevant case studies. Through these reviews, this chapter establishes the relationship between national culture and potential impacts on total quality management (TQM) implementation.
