Abstract:
Abstract In 2010, Jun Lei cofounded Xiaomi Corporation with seven others, which reached its peak in four years and became the top smartphone maker in China. However, the rapid development of Xiaomi has also brought many problems. In the following three years, Jun Lei led Xiaomi to mature and develop in setbacks, and finally realized rebirth after the decline.
