Abstract:
Abstract In the market model of microeconomics, the deadweight loss caused by tax burden will lead to incomplete market transaction and inefficient resource allocation. However, from the perspective of the rational man hypothesis, why taxation has continued for thousands of years are inexplicable. With regard to this issue, this paper analyzes the tax burden data of China's finance, medicine and culture industries using micro model and concludes the reasons.
