Abstract:
Abstract This chapter attempts to decode the labour market. Against the background of the implementation of far reaching supply side structural reforms and an innovation driven strategy, the new employment terrain features alleviated aggregate inconsistencies, but also increasingly prominent structural issues. A preferential employment strategy that is intimately connected with stable growth, restructuring, the advancement of reforms, and that benefit living standards should be implemented. Such a strategy should create an advantageous employment environment, raise worker employability, and also avoid the middle income trap.
