Abstract: Abstract At present, the economic society is throwing away the resources and energy that it has invested without using them up fully. It is necessary to make the best use of the wasted part and reduce this portion as much as possible. Thus, it is necessary to acknowledge that it is normal for waste to appear in the theory of production and consumption. There is no factory that does not generate waste or waste heat during production. In addition, consumers cannot live without producing waste.
