Abstract This chapter explores the relationship between the Threat of Artificial Intelligence (TAI) and employee turnover intention, emphasizing the roles of role ambiguity and knowledge hiding behavior. This study employs a quantitative approach using PLS-SEM to analyze how perceived Artificial Intelligence (AI) threats influence turnover intentions.
