Abstract: Abstract As awareness about environmental sustainability has grown, countries from all over the world have begun to adopt green manufacturing technology in their production techniques. Industry 5.0 is assisting the reengineering of industrial processes with the aid of the integration of robotics, IoT, and AI. This chapter explores the diverse ways through which green manufacturing technologies can augment Industry 5.0 and ensure the sustenance of the environment. One advantage that may be claimed of Industry 5.0 is the ability of overseeing and managing industrial activities using a number of technologies that may help in conserving energy and waste. These industrial technologies are causing more transparency as far as the production and consumption processes are concerned. Industry 5.0 has made it easier to optimize the use of resources along with recycling. New technology consumed in using fewer resources gives an opportunity to understand the trash in a more intelligent way through this digital revolution. Technological breakthroughs and green production practices can help companies achieve a more sustainable future. However, the success of transforming lies in the effort of companies to overcome the challenges and include environmental concerns within their business planning.
