Abstract: Abstract In this introductory chapter, I provide an overview of Korea’s antitrust policy, examining its historical background, objectives, key components, and distinctive features. I also outline the structure of the remaining chapters, briefly touch on related topics that are not covered in this book, and offer remarks on the book’s contributions beyond the existing literature.
