Abstract: Abstract This final chapter is composed of two parts. The first explores the evolving global paradigms in antitrust theory and regulatory transformation. The second addresses pivotal themes emerging from current competition policy discourse, contextualized through Korea’s historical trajectory in antitrust enforcement. Synthesizing these global and domestic perspectives, the chapter articulates strategic pathways for refining Korea’s antitrust framework—aimed at cultivating a dynamic, innovation-driven market environment that serves both consumer welfare and business vitality.
