Abstract:
Abstract In the vibration test of large volume tooling, due to different product types and uses, the size is also different, in order to further improve the design level of tooling fixture, improve its performance, on the basis of the use of finite element analysis, through the use of ANSYS software, the designed tooling fixture is analyzed, and the natural frequency of the fixture is determined. To meet the relevant standards and requirements of enhanced vibration test. The results show that the proposed vibration test method effectively verifies the validity and reliability of fixture simulation, and provides valuable engineering data for the later scientific design of fixture.
