Chapter 19 in Chaos in Complex Dynamical System: Theory and Application, 2026, pp 321-332 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Certain fundamental characteristics of chaotic systems, including their sensitivity to initial conditions and pseudo random behavior, align well with the requirements for secure cryptosystems [265–268]. This has led to significant advancements inchaotic image encryption [269–272], establishing it as an emerging area within image encryption research [273]. In this chapter, we introduce a novel hybrid encryption algorithm for color images utilizing two complex chaotic systems. The proposed scheme, which integrates both complex Chen and complex Lorenz systems, offers an expanded key space to enhance resistance against potential cryptographic attacks.
