Abstract: Abstract In this and the three chapters following, electronic structure and quantum transport of electron in nano-electronics, subjects normally not considered in the classical electromagnetics but closely related nonetheless due to the Coulomb interaction potentials in the Schrodinger equations, will be discussed.
