Abstract: Abstract The chapter looks at the shift from mental to physical labor, using driving as an example. It reflects on how certain professions, once considered highly skilled, gradually become seen as manual labor due to technological advancements. This leads to the idea that no labor remains mental forever, as innovations push forward.
