Chapter Chapter 13 in Modern Business Management, 2025, pp 117-125 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This chapter uses the metaphor of a “makeshift troupe” to describe startups. It highlights the chaotic, uncertain nature of early-stage companies and how many are driven by passion but lack key resources and management skills. The chapter emphasizes that imperfections in early stages are normal, but companies must leverage core elements to grow successfully.
