Abstract:
Abstract Winning the battle against extreme poverty and implementing the rural revitalization strategy was the major decision made at the 19th CPC National Congress to complete the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects and achieve the Two Centenary Goals. It is also an effective way to address issues of unbalanced and inadequate development in a new era for China. The battle is now about to win and rural revitalization will follow as another important strategy for promoting agricultural and rural development in the next stage. Therefore, it is of vital practical significance to discuss the effective dovetailing between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.
