Chapter Chapter 17 in A Theoretical Foundation for Innovation-Driven Entrepreneurship, 2025, pp 169-177 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract In the digital context, the environment becomes highly variable, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA). The ambiguous and challenging learning environment imposes time pressure and uncertainty on entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurial enterprises, especially innovation-driven ones, are more vulnerable to uncertainties and resource constraints. They must overcome these newly created weaknesses through entrepreneurial learning, improving resource structures, and enhancing innovation levels. Therefore, entrepreneurial learning is key to innovation-driven entrepreneurial enterprises’ realization of innovation and development. Studying entrepreneurial learning has great significance for enterprise development.
