Abstract:
Abstract Ambidexterity theory has garnered significant attention from both the business and academic communities and has become a new trending topic in management research. The theory highlights the ability to coordinate and integrate two seemingly contradictory but complementary activities. This chapter provides a comprehensive review of the existing literature on ambidexterity theory, traces its developmental trajectory, summarizes its application in innovation-driven entrepreneurship, and offers perspectives on its future directions.
